Returns Policy

If you are not satisfied with your Modernicities purchase you may return your purchase to us within 60 days for a full refund.

To return your items follow these steps:

1. Repackage your items

2. Email us with your intent to return your purchase at: info@modernicities.com

3. We will email you back with a return label.

4. Print this label and affix it to your package with purchase.

5. Drop off at your nearest post office. 

 Please allow up-to 5 business days for your refund to process once the return product is received by our warehouse.

Please Note: If the reason for a return is buyer's remorse or a sizing issue the customer is responsible for return shipping cost.

Exchange Policy

We would love to help get you the product that is right for you. We are able to do exchanges on products that are eligible for returns (within 60 days of delivery and are unused)

Please note: you are responsible for the return shipping cost on an exchange. 

To exchange a purchase please follow these steps.

1. Repackage your items

2. Email us with your intent to exchange your purchase and details of the item(s) you want to exchange for at: info@modernicities.com

3. We will email you back with a return address to our warehouse.

4. You will need to buy a return shipping label at your local post office and affix it to your package with purchase.

5. Use same post office to send package. 

The process will begin as a return. Once the return is on its way back to us, shown by tracking updates, we can begin the exchange process. 

We will refund you or send you an invoice, depending on the price difference between your original product and the one you are hoping to exchange. 

Once the invoice has been paid we will ship out your exchanged order.
