Returns Policy

We want you to love your purchase from Modernicities. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Please note:

  • We offer free returns only if the item is damaged or not as described

  • If the return is due to change of mind or sizing issues, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs

  • All returned items must be unused and in original condition

Free Returns (Damaged or Not as Described)

If your item arrived damaged or is not as described, please follow these steps:

  1. Repackage your item securely

  2. Email us at info@modernicities.com with your intent to return your purchase

  3. If your return qualifies, we will email you a prepaid return label

  4. Print and attach the return label to your package

  5. Drop the package off at your nearest post office

Once we receive your returned item and confirm it is in acceptable condition, we will issue your full refund.

Customer-Paid Returns (Change of Mind or Sizing Issue)

If you would like to return an item due to change of mind or sizing issues, please follow these steps:

  1. Repackage your item securely

  2. Email us at info@modernicities.com with your intent to return your purchase

  3. Purchase a return shipping label from your local post office

  4. Attach the shipping label to your package and send it to our return address

  5. Email us your tracking number once your item has been shipped

Once we receive your returned item and confirm it is unused and in good condition, we will issue your full refund.

Refund Processing Time

Please allow up to 5 business days for your refund to be processed once your returned item has been received at our warehouse.

Exchange Policy

We are happy to help you exchange your item for a different size or product.

Items are eligible for exchange if they:

  • Are returned within 30 days of delivery, and

  • Are unused and in original condition

Please note:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on all exchanges.

How to Request an Exchange

  1. Repackage your item securely

  2. Email us at info@modernicities.com with your exchange request and the item you would like instead

  3. We will provide you with our return address

  4. Purchase a return shipping label from your local post office

  5. Send the item back and email us your tracking number

Once your return is in transit (based on tracking updates), we will begin the exchange process.

If there is a price difference between the items:

  • We will issue a refund if the new item costs less, or

  • Send you an invoice if the new item costs more

Your replacement item will be shipped once any outstanding balance has been paid.
